Make 2017 your healthiest year ever!

I’m Angelyn and project EAT & Drink is about nutrition and hydration. There are only 2 main points on this page meant to educate and encourage you to try something new to make this your healthiest year ever.

My story in 1 minute.

I created this project because of my positive experience eating & drinking in 2016.

I’m Angelyn, and am not a fan of drinking water previously. One day, I brought back some Kangen water (ERW) to try and offered some to my parents. We’ve heard about the health benefits of it but remained skeptical about it. My dad has high blood pressure and cholesterol condition, however, after drinking the water for a week, we felt a difference in our body. The body was able to flush out toxins more easily and we no longer crave for any sweet drinks or chips, we feel more healthy on the inside. 3 months later, my dad returned for his medical check up, and his cholesterol level has improved!

Now, we truly believe that healthy lifestyle, is not about eating right, but also drinking right, and exercise. Overall, drinking water helped to improve our quality of life in my family.

Hence, I want to share with others simple ways to improve how they feel with good hydration and great nutrition.

Hydration

Most people are de-hydrated. I used to be one of them. A healthy person goes to pass urine at least 7 to 8 times a day or every 2 hours (this helps to clear toxins in body). Clear or slightly yellow urine is healthy. Hydrate and be good to your body with good fluids like water, fresh fruit juices and raw green vegetable juices. More on that later.

Nutrition

Your body needs good fuel. Better fuel means better performance and smooth functioning. People often feel low energy due to certain kinds of diet and you can change how you feel by changing what you eat. Some great foods to add to your diet are Avocados, Spinach, Kale, Cucumber, Sweet Potato and Broccoli. Foods to avoid taking often, processed food, fast food, and red meat. Make your own green juice or smoothie in place of your breakfast, the extra energy you get may surprise you. Try it out.
